- To begin shopping, simply:
- Choose the wine you would like to buy.
- Click “Add to my cart” to place items in your shopping cart
- Click on “My Cart” icon at the top of the page and 'View Cart' to review your selections
- Edit the quantity or click to delete items to adjust your order
- When you are finished shopping, click “Check Out Now” to enter your delivery details.
- We will contact you by email to confirm the delivery details shortly after receiving your order
- You can order 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
- We deliver to all home or office addresses on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories.
- For the time being, we are unable to deliver to Peng Chau, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island.
- Delivery service to the Hong Kong International Airport area, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, an additional charge of HK$200 per delivery address will apply. For delivery date, please contact our staff and we will try our best to arrange it.
- FREE delivery (HK Island and Kowloon) above HK$3,000 or 6 standard bottles or more, per delivery address.
- FREE delivery (New Territories) above HK$5,000 or 12 standard bottles or more, per delivery address.
- Otherwise, HK$200 delivery charge will be applied.

- We usually offer delivery within 3 days upon order confirmation.
- You can also choose your preferred delivery date up to a week after the order date.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
- We aim to deliver between 12:00pm and 6:00pm. We cannot guarantee a time as there are some factors we cannot control, such as traffic.
- We always strive to provide you with peace of mind when it comes to your order. If any of the bottles are broken, short or if we have got your order wrong, simply e-mail us at email@example.com and quote your order order number.
- We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Unionpay, American Express Card, FPS, Payme and Alipay.
